Hygiea — Document Ingestion
This is where you can try document upload with synthetic test documents only. Please do not upload real medical records. Supported types: lab reports, imaging results, clinical notes, or pathology. Simply drag a PDF onto the upload zone, or paste text directly. When you submit, I process every single value through a 5-stage normalization pipeline: I identify each lab test, map it to a universal code, compute a 0-1 score, classify its significance, and store it in your record. Drug interaction checking is not built.

Hygiea — Your Lab Scores
This dashboard shows all your lab values on a universal 0 to 1 scale. Every test — whether it's cholesterol, blood sugar, or kidney function — gets mapped to the same scale so you can compare them directly. The green zone (0.25-0.75) is normal. Values below or above that zone need attention. The radar chart gives you a bird's-eye view of your overall health pattern, while the bar chart below shows each individual test with its actual value and normalized score.
Universal 0–1 Normalization — Radar Overview
Normalized Score Bars — Normal Zone Overlay
⚕
Hygiea — Health Timeline
This chart tracks how your key health markers are moving over time. Each line represents a different lab value — Glucose, HbA1c, eGFR, and LDL Cholesterol — all plotted on the same 0-1 normalized scale. You want to see values staying in or moving toward the green zone. Upward trends in glucose or LDL mean increasing risk, while a downward eGFR trend could indicate declining kidney function. As we upload more lab reports, this timeline fills in with more synthetic data points.
Normalized scores (0–1) enable direct cross-metric comparison. Green zone = 0.25–0.75 (normal).
⚕
Hygiea — Document Center
This is your Document Center — a central view of every medical document in your record. You can see when each document was uploaded, whether it was processed completely, how many lab values were extracted, and the document's integrity status. If a document was corrupted or only partially processed, it will be flagged here. You can also delete any document, which will remove both the document and all of its associated lab values from your record.

Pre-visit Check-in Demo
Demonstration only, for a synthetic patient. Answers are sent to the demonstration backend, not to a real care team. Please do not enter real health information.
1. Since your last visit, have you had any falls?
NoYes
2. Any emergency-room visits or hospital stays since your last visit?
NoYes
3. Seen any other doctors, urgent care, or specialists?
NoYes
4. Are you taking your medicines as prescribed?
YesMostlyNo
5. Compared to your last visit, daily activities (stairs, walking, chores) are…
BetterSameWorse
6. Your pain right now, 0 (none) to 10 (worst imaginable):
7. Anything else a clinician should know before the visit?
✓ Sent (demo). This is a summary of the answers sent to the demonstration backend:
Demonstration only. In the planned design, these answers would become a citable source
() in a visit note.
Checking a draft note against them with VERUM is not built,
and no real clinician receives these answers.
